Very great customer service!! Very helpful by all of the people I had helping me getting used to signing in on my tablet and walking through the whole program. I am so impressed how much better I feel after doing this program. Everyone encourages me to keep working and growing stronger all the way.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand how this program is targeted to people with COPD. Sure, they get approval from your doctors. That sounds like a big deal but it’s really not. What doctor is going to tell you to not join an excersize program? They do monitor your blood pressure and heart rate; that’s good! And, in my case, my BP was extremely low and my caseworker (don’t remember her exact title) did call my doctors office and relay that to them and modified my meds; that’s good! But I already have a nurse from my cardiologist that monitors me and this would have been addressed anyway. But, I’ll give them credit. My problem is that this is simply an excersize program. You watch about a half hour pre-recorded routine and follow along. That’s it! I kept waiting for some breathing exercises but it there are none. They charged Medicare around $230 per session and in my case that was three times per week. My wife saw a cardiologist yesterday and had tests run and it was $180! My gym membership is $10 per month and I can stay all day! My wife does these workouts on TV for free! And they’re virtually the he same When we saw what they were billing Medicare it blew me away! Right at $700 per week to work out for 28-32 minutes! I just found that outrageous! Personally, and this is just my opinion, but, well, I’ll just say it’s wrong. Do what you want but you can come to my house and watch some excersize videos and I’ll use my Omron BP machine and take your blood pressure for $10! The staff was nice though! I hope they’re well paid!

My healthcare journey was a success for two reasons #1 was the careful monitoring and guidance from my clinical exercise physiologist Lauren. She was there every step of the way - I could rely on her and I did several times as anomalies in my life occurred and would have thrown me off track. She adjusted my schedule, made suggestions and offered help, support and gave me information. She was available to me daily not just on the days when I had sessions. The second reason is the system itself - the monitoring and exercise program. Carda Health monitoring me discovered my lack of oxygen as I slept and immediately contacted my doctor for intervention. Because of Carda Health I now sleep safer with oxygen- thanks to their intervention I went to a sleep study and have oxygen delivered to my door. The exercise program helped me develop a routine for exercising. My quality of life has improved because of my experience with Carda Health- I have recommended it to all my healthcare professionals, my associates and friends. I’m looking forward to the next time I have the opportunity to again do Carda Health. Until then, I have applied the knowledge I gained, the routine of physical exercise I established and have a healthier lifestyle.

I really enjoyed doing the exercises. They made me really tired but in a good way. I felt stronger after the workout. Dillon was great. He kept me going when I thought I would not make it. So a big thanks to him!!!!!

The therapist monitoring my oxygen while exercising was very filling about stopping me when oxygen levels dropped and contacting my cardiologist for petametetsvto watch for . When I continued to have big drops lower than his perimeter set she stopped my participation and contacted the cardiologist again. She was just trying to be safe but probably was the rea son I didn't have much more serious consequences. I am now scheduled for a pacemaker after failing the Holter test. I am very very grateful to her.

My experience with Carda Health has been phenomenal. Every single staff member, and there have been many, has been smart, professional, and 10+ helpful. I just completed my fifth session today and would recommend it highly to anyone and everyone!
