My breathing has improved considerably…
My breathing has improved considerably since I started this program. I am very grateful for the wonderful people who work with us daily. I hope to continue benefiting from his program for the rest of my life.

Since I’ve joined this company it’s been a pleasure. I have more enthusiasm to exercise and I enjoy the program very much! Courtny is terrific very professional and caring I’m so happy to be working with her!

Yes I breeze better not I don’t have…
Yes I breeze better not I don’t have the breathing problem that I used to have before I went to Carter’s they helped me a whole lot.

I love this program..there are days…
I love this program..there are days where I just don’t want to do exercise but knowing I am doing this program for my health just gives me the push I need! Donna George is wonderful and very encouraging. Keeping track of my heart rate..oxygen level helps me keep on track.

Carda sent all the equipment needed to…
Carda sent all the equipment needed to do the 36 programs. Dillon was my coach who monitored the workouts and all my vitals. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, and concerned about my health and training. The workouts helped me with my COPD. I will continue to work out. This program was very worthwhile. Thank you Dillon and Carda.

Overpayment …
I decided not too continue after the 12 week program but Carda Health has contined to charge me $45.

I have really enjoyed my first 2 phases…
I have really enjoyed my first 2 phases and look forward to phase 3. Allyson has been wonderful and I will miss her greatly. I have loved the workouts and I do feel the benefits of them.
