Chair exercises are effective. I feel better after a session.

Having Jonathan there for me and willing to change things up when special circumstances show up. You are doing great in keeping me focused on my health. Only item might be that the two instructors have different ways of doing the same exercises. Should both be on same page.

Constant reminder of scheduled sessions. A first rate support system that monitors your vitals and provides critical feedback as needed. Reasonable flexibility of schedule to accommodate emergency needs for schedule changes.

The interaction with staff in therapy training deserves a five star rating. It missed an overall fifth star due to the unclear and costly billing snafus which I experienced. I would recommend putting projected costs to the patient in writing in advance of the actual service. I have signed up for the advanced program and requested and received a cost statement in writing. Without that l would have passed on the program.

When I first started in the program I was not sure about it or myself for that matter. I had a real hard time getting started with the exercises and if I was not feeling good that was a way for me to put it off. There are times when in the beginning I would forget that I had these classes to do most of the time I was sick and I didn't know if I missed a class I Would get charged for it and in the beginning I was 2 days a week and would make it to 1 of the 2 things were just hecktic for me the time was wrong when I finally got the time slot down right for me and Maddie took over as my instructor she was patient with me and would encourage me she worked with me until we got the ideal time and towards the end of my 36th session I was doing 3 days a week and was doing better. I am able to breathe easier. I went from 3 L of oxygen down to 2 when at rest I have more energy than I did when I started with carda I thought I was on my way to dieing and that it would do me no good. I'm happy to say I was wrong now I am looking forward to doing another 36 sessions with Maddie before she took over my case I was ready to quit now I want to go on this program has helped me so much I have more good days than bad days now I feel stronger and have less congestion and can breathe easier Thank you Maddie for your encouragement and help and for believing in me and thank you Carda for the program through it all I have learned about the issues related to my illness and how to take better care of myself and the issues related to my illness so I really love the program thank you

I just enjoy the time that I get to do exercises and help out my breathing and cassidy.She's the best good luck, only baby boys

Sarah K. has been very helpful and informative. So far I haven't noticed any improvement in my ability to breath so I hope to see some improvement soon.
