What a difference it makes to have someone monitoring your exercise for O2 level and heart rate. In my case I have both heart and lung issues. My heart rate went out of control above a safe level which caused serious shortness of breath. Tyler was monitoring the situation. He stopped me to make sure my heart rate and shortness of breath were stable. It wasn't so he called my doctor right there on the spot. He was unable to reach them so he recommended I go to ER or Urgent Care. After much arm twisting I agreed to go to ER and was glad I did. Turned out I had pneumonia and was admitted for a couple of days. I had no idea I was that sick and Tyler was able to pick up on it right away and convenience me to go to the hospital. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his staying with me thru this emergency situation! PS I am much better now!

Loved the fact I didn't have to travel 1½ hours to receive PR. The people helping with the exercises were very easy to follow and the exercise phsiologist was nice and very positive. I loved being on this program! My breathing is so much better. At first I was skeptical if this would help, but it certainly did! I would encourage anyone to give this a try. The person I worked with was Jonathan. He was very friendly and so polite! I now realize how important exercise is for people that have COPD and will continue exercising to keep up my progress, because I feel so much better and want to keep on improving. The People at Carda are friendly and helpful. They explained how things would work and they sent all the necessary equipment so they would be able to monitor my blood pressure, my heart rate and my pulse ox. They also assign you a coach who is there for you during each of the 36 sessions. I am so pleased with my experience that I am going to do an additional 36 sessions.
