The best part of the program was MeKayla. She kept me motivated even when I didn’t feel like doing much. (And of course got stronger as a result) I’m grateful for Carda. I feel so much better and stronger.

Carda Health is a BAIT & SWITCH scam. Carda Health telephone reps calmly and politely but relentlessly promote that MediCare takes care of its costs but this is NOT TRUE. MediCare covers 80%, and YOU PAY $20 per each session. That's $60 per week; $240 per month. That's over $3,000 a year ( not counting cost for all their equipment they'll charge you). Plus it's all pre-recorded exercises that your "trainer" has you press "play" for you to exercise to. There's MINIMAL live interaction of the same patter to give the impression this is a caring, health-driven enterprise. RUN or HANG-UP when Carda Health reps do their "polite" calls.

The fact that I can do this at home on line is a winner. If I had to go to a gym I wouldn't do it. I'm a reluctant exerciser. I do it because I know it's good for me. Jonathan selects routines that match my goals and our discussions about what I find easy or difficult. He's very cheerful and accommodating.

I can't say enough about how professional this organization and my personal leader, Dillon, has been. Xiamara she was very helpful an understanding worked with me on changing my schedule. We tried several instructors an when I told her it was easier for me with Gerald that's who she put me with. Everything about the experience was very helpful. Xiamara noticed when all the sudden I started gaining weight an figured out that I was retaining water an advised me to go see my primary care Dr an got on a fluid pill an the weight came off. Overall a very good experience.
