I spoke with KC, (my first contact with Carda Health), and she was knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and she did not rush me at all. Today, I spoke with Sibusiso who helped me to get connected, and made me feel very comfortable using all of the new equipment. He set me up for my first exercise session, which will be later on today, and made sure that everything was is good working order. His kindness and his responses to me were sincerely appreciated. Excellent customer service, two for two!

Best at home physical exercise program I have met!
Other than technology issues at the beginning , the whole experience has been so valuable to me. I truly could not have driven to PT or Gym. I could put on my workout clothes, checked into my session, took my vitals, and started my workout. Tyler my exercise physiologist was a really great match for me. I needed to be accountable to someone, and he was a perfect match for me.

Removing the barrier of driving to a physical therapy clinic or gym is exactly why our at home cardiopulmonary rehab program was created. Being able to simply put on your workout clothes, take your vitals, and start your session from the comfort of your living room makes a huge difference in staying consistent. I felt cared for by all staff
I felt cared for by all staff. They were knowledgeable and communicative. Shannon, my exercise physiologist, answered my millions of questions patiently and encouraged me when I was a bit stressed out. I got into much better shape through the exercise program and I was monitored every step of the way.

My time with the Carda Health program…
My time with the Carda Health program has been extremely educational for me. I was very nervous starting this new program, and actually did not want to continue. Lindsey, my Clinician , was the reason I did not opt out. Due to her communication skills, knowledge of Carda Health, and encouraging, I was able to stay and complete the program . I believe that Carda Health , and Lindsey have helped me in my quest for strength and wellness,

This has really been great for me, I love it!
This has really been great for me. I have gained more flexibility and strength in my legs and arms. My breathing is better and the weight loss is a plus. Coach Blake does a great workout, not too intense, just right. The best part is Jonathan, he is so kind, patience and informative. He explains things that I can understand. I forget sometimes and he is there guiding me through it all. He made it possible for me to get the self guided exercises. Once I got sick, Jonathan had me to call my daughter and then call EMS. He stayed on the zoom until they got there and explain what was going on with me.

Lindsey my Carda guide
Lindsey has guided me through the first 36 Carda sessions and I was reluctant when my doctor told me I was doing an exercise program. She is very concerned and monitors my breathing and pulse
