I liked this home pulmonary therapy program
I liked this home pulmonary therapy program. Having an appointment with one physiotherapist was very helpful. He, Tyler N. was able to track my progress and vitals during each session. One day my heart rate was unusually high. He contacted my cardiologist and postponed my session that day. He checked on me later that afternoon. I certainty appreciated his concern. I liked the convenience of home therapy. I found my care team to be very competent and would recommend this program.

I really enjoyed the program
I really enjoyed the program! There are programs for all levels. My health provider, Andrew Au, is amazing. he provided me with the tools to make my workouts the best! He frequently checked in and made sure my levels were good! I appreciate the time that Carda Health and Andrew Au have provided me with! With your instruction I feel confident that I can continue my journey while battiling this disease. Thank you for this opportinity.

I enjoy the exercises and the benefits for my health.
I enjoy the exercises and the instructors as they always remind us to go at our own pace. I've been working out my entire adult life and have learned a lot and that's why I can say these exercises are perfect for those of us suffering from COPD or other health issues. I like how we are never alone as we are monitored during our sessions. I work with Patrick Jacobs and we get along really well. He's easy going and keeps a good eye on me while I'm working out. I would recommend Carda Health to anyone.

I've found Carda to be a useful…
I've found Carda to be a useful and effective program. My fitness level has improved noticeably as a result of the exercises. My CEP, Tyler N was very attentive and helpful. I suggest that anyone who has suffered a decline from a condition or from aging give this program a fair trial.

Best experience in a health program or…
Best experience in a health program or healthcare I have ever had. In three months, blood pressure down 40 points, feel 100% better, A fib vanished, exercise, strength, and balance capabilities incredibly improved, learned many techniques to manage stress and create community . Extremely knowledgeable staff conduct live Internet nutrition, exercise, stress and meditation classes, incredible amount of written information available. I would recommend this program to anyone. The SOS diet becomes extremely easy and habitual during the three months.

I had previously written a review here…
I had previously written a review here with one star but they have gone above and beyond to correct my complaint. A gentleman by the name of June handled everything perfectly. I loved my therapist “Z” who was able to accommodate my exercises to fit my abilities. I was not coerced into changing my review as they did indeed correct the situation.
