Only issue I had was there were no tips…
Only issue I had was there were no tips with the replacement probe rods I ordered. Order was shipped in a timely manner, customer service was perfect when I needed to change the delivery address!
Response from Capital Surveying SuppliesApr 23, 2020
Dear James, Thank you for your kind review, unfortunately the tips are sold separately. If you were to order the probe complete, it would come with handle and tip of your choice. We will get you taken care of at no additional charge. We will call you shortly!!!

Substituted, low cost, no-name, Chinese brand instead of the reputable brand ordered
I ordered 2 brand name inverters (Cobra) and instead received 2 no-name Chinese inverters. The Chinese inverters were available on Amazon for much less than Capital Surveying charged. Instead of returning them for a refund, I offered to accept the Chinese inverters if they credit my account the difference between Amazon's delivered price and the price I paid. They agreed but the refund was less than the difference. So... I called again and again, twice, was promised a refund for the full difference. Again, they failed to make me whole as if I purchased them from Amazon. I called AGAIN and we agreed to returning the inverters and they sent me a return label. I didn't appreciate anything about this purchase. Substitution of an inferior product, and feeling lied to 3 times about the refund. Sadly, Capital Surveying would have been better off refunding the full difference and buying 2 from Amazon because Amazon would have shipped them for free, whereas Capital Surveying paid for the return on the ones they sent to me.

One Small Glitch
Ordering was easy. Product arrived in good condition. My only disappointment was in tracking the status of the Order Fulfillment and Shipping. There seemed to be gaps in the status updates and I had to make two Chat Inquiries to get updates. The Link did not provide any updates. Once UPS acquired the shipment I was able to track it. Not a big issue but some improvements would be appreciated. Otherwise everything was fine! Thank you!

All around excellent
Everything arrived as expected, they also included a free pocket knife, stickers, and stencils which is ALWAYS a bonus! Will definitely be ordering more supplies as needed from them.
