1st shipment arrive busted. They sent out a replacement the next day, which was appreciated, but i was down a week without the rod, lost some revenue.

It wasn’t clear from the listing that the item was out of stock when I placed my order. Because of factors beyond their control, I still haven’t received it almost a month later—UPS now says it should arrive next week. When I called to check in, the staff were apologetic and pleasant, and the price was the best I found anywhere online… which maybe should have been my first clue. Overall, a mixed experience.

When I bought it it was at one price and when I paid for it they charged me a different price.

I have only received half of my order and the emails have indicated that it all had shipped. I sent an email to customer service and have not heard anything back from them in the last 4 days.

Poor packaging. Goods arrived with a cracked pole and tear packaging

Very hard to give review I have not received product yet and the tracking service you sent me I will need to update phone to use. So no one as contacted me to let me know if item has been back ordered or canceled. I do believe that I am dealing with fair company but would be better if check up a little to keep customer informed of there purchase. I would try another purchase from them

Delivery took a while.

Not exactly the books I ordered, ordered “Engineers field book” received “Field” book. But they will work and the price was good.
