Over all happy. Only issue was lack of communication about the item ordered. Tracking was stalled. I had to email for an update only to find you didnt actually have the item. Once you received it it came out quick. Just would have been nice to have that info without having to ask.

The deal was great, but I think it could've been packed and shipped more cheaply, so it would've saved me even more money in the long run. Other than the shipping debacle, the deal was great!

Good product. Shipping via UPS was a hassle. When I purchase from you, I was given a shipping rate of ~$60. I accepted that. then about a week later, i recieved updates that my package was coming and delayed and that were several reasons why my package was not being delivered. Then, after a few days of receiving these warning,I went on the UPS site, and noticed that UPS required payment. So I paid another $60 to UPS. UPS came to my door about an hour later (11 pm at night!), and posted a sign that my package will arrive the next day. So overall I paid $120 in shipping for about $90 in goods.

mal servicio, ordene un producto hace mas de 20 dias y no he recibido nada. ni me responden mensajes ni nada. estoy a la espera de la devolución de mi dinero via paypal. Ya que por alli realice el pago. Actualizo mi calificación. finalmente me contactaron vía correo y me devolvieron el dinero total. Bad service, I ordered a product more than 20 days ago and I have not received anything. They don't answer my messages or anything. I am waiting for my money back from paypal. I update my rating. Finally they contacted me for email and gave me a full refund.
