I ordered prism pole points. Took forever for anything to show up, and when it did it was a fiberglass tape. Lesson learned. Stay clear. POOR.

Capital Processed an order including a product known to be on back order. After setting order up with expedited shipping, delay in subsequent back order notification cost my firm meeting our deadline by not having use of ordered equipment. We've purchased a Nikon NPL 322+ from Capital in past and that was also delivered only after delay. Grade: D+. We will not purchase from Capital again. Also, it appears the person I spoke with regarding backorder and subsequent item order cancellation also negligently cancelled our other unrelated pending order which was not in the first order. Grade D+ On Capital’s competence. We will not purchase from capital surveying again.

Recently we made our first order with this company as their prices were competitive. When we received our timely order, we noticed an item included in the shipment was an upgraded item compared to the item we ordered. I called the company assuming a mistake was made in their warehouse. The gentle told me that they were temporarily out of the item we ordered so they gave us the upgraded item at no further cost to us. They wanted to fulfill the order on a timely basis. This customer service is no longer heard of. We appreciate the generosity of this company. Thank you.
