Great Customer Service
My order was sent out immediately, and I received tracking info, but after not receiving my order , I tracked it and it said my package was delivered, yet I never received it.I contacted them and they immediately sent out another package with my order which I received in a couple of days, that’s great customer service, I definitely plan to purchase anything I need from these guys, they’re the best!!!!

Hooray! Tecnu in a pocket packet. Bye Bye browntail caterpillar rash!!!!
Great to find the Tecnu product in a pocket pack. We are using it for browntail moth caterpillar contamination!!! Ordering was easy and product came in the time frame suggested. Lots of good reasons to shop with your company again. Thank you! Victoria / Coastal Maine

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I placed an order online, and even though what I ordered wasn't everything I needed, with the salesman's help I came out better. Very, very pleased. Oh, and the product is great too! Thank you.

Poor Communication
I placed an order on line. Two tape measures. I received a subsequent message that my payment method needed to be in person verified. Attempted to reach out to no avail. As of the writing of this I've heard absolutely nothing.
