Still don’t have an order I placed 12/3. It was in stock and I selected 2 day shipping. It is now 12/24. What is going on here??

The item that I purchased was on back order, which I was unaware of at the time of purchase. After a delay in shipment, I was notified and explained the situation, and I received my item 2 days later.

The ordering process and staff were great, BUT the item I ordered was backordered and nothing during the ordering let me know this. I received no contact from the company that this was the case. I only found out after calling to check where my product was after 4 weeks of not receiving it. After updating me on the timeframe they offered to overnight my product upon arrival, which was great.

My order was promp and other places didn't have what I was looking for
