You sent wrong product!!!

The price of my items was good and Capital shipped exactly what they described, but part of why I ordered from them is that their website showed they had my items in stock. I recieved an email shortly after I placed the order stating they were out of stock and my items didn't ship for another 2 weeks.

Call to get best service. 4 stars for excellent phone service and response to inquiries and fast shipping. Minus 1 star for website not alerting you of stock/backorder status. Pricing was very competitive. I would recommend calling to verify items are in stock before ordering.

Service was good, however I did call to check availability of the item and there computer indicated they had one on had. In reality they did not so a slight delay happened due to the fact they had to reorder. I recommend they periodically confirm the inventory actually matches what their computer says in order to prevent this problem in the future.

We received two boxes of markers. One box was leaking everywhere. The company sent us another box to replaced the bad one. Thank you!!

They were quick to rectify any issues with the order.
