Hello Dennis, The order was placed as a 100' tape in inches and the tape was shipped correctly. We spoke by phone and shipped the tape in tenths at no additional cost to you. Please consider revising your review. Thank you

I placed my order Monday of last week. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. 1 week later I’m still waiting for the package and the shipping label still says awaiting shipment. I reached out to you by email on Thursday 8/4/2022. Still no message and no package. Customer service is the worst, I’m messaged by the automatic message asking for a review, before customer service contacts me.
