Capital Surveying SuppliesReviews of capitalsurveyingsupplies.com

They offer a product that has been hard for me to find elsewhere, and for a great price. Shipping is fast and reasonable. Ordered from them twice now.

Perfect for my needs.

It was fine...the customer service rep was

No thank you, please email me with info on order.

Easy ordering and items arrived timely. We were short 1 item but when I called to inquire I was able to speak with someone who knew exactly the situation. He assured the item would be sent as soon as it became available. The item did arrive and was able to be shipped to a different address. The customer service was very helpful.

On July 28, 2022, I bought a Spectra Precision UL633N costing $2,944 from Capital Surveying Supplies - Order Number 12597. My Credit Card has been charged for this purchase. To date, August 18, 2022, I have not received any acknowledgement from the company for this purchase - no receipt, no I have emailed numerous times, called on many occasions and I sent an email to the VP sales, Mario Rodriguez. Still no response. My next move if I do not hear from Capital Supplies is to cancel this order. I do not know what the problem is with this Company but I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. ONE STAR!! Evidently, the review was the factor that evoked a response from Capital Surveying Supplies. No calls or emails were received from Capital Surveying. Their response was simply their feeble attempts to save face. By their own admission, they have the credit card payment such that they are prepared to approve the refund. How then is potential fraud an issue? Card is legitimate and we stand by the original review. LOUSY, Awful and Atrocious Service from Capital Surveying Supplies

One item was not in stock for the quantity I needed. They called and notified me and another color was available so a change was made and the order shipped out ASAP.

Easy website to browse. Very impressed with the probe I purchased. Will be purchasing additional items in the future.
