Found supplies at a better rate than what's available locally or even on Amazon.

I’ve trying to return an order for a store credit and haven’t heard back after two attempts. At this point I don’t want the credit, just refund my purchase.

It wasn’t clear from the listing that the item was out of stock when I placed my order. Because of factors beyond their control, I still haven’t received it almost a month later—UPS now says it should arrive next week. When I called to check in, the staff were apologetic and pleasant, and the price was the best I found anywhere online… which maybe should have been my first clue. Overall, a mixed experience.
