I made a mistake when ordering a tripod. They sent me the correct one afterwords and took back the wrong one with no grief at all and in a very timely manner. Small company that is concerned about customer service, and was always pleasant. I would buy from them again.

These guys have been very responsive and have very competitively priced products. I ordered my equipment over the holidays and get a quick response that the items were in transit to Capital and that they would let me know when they were shipping which would be within 1 to 2 weeks. I received notification that me equipment had shipped 3 days later. When I received the manufacturer bundled package, I found that they had left one component out. A quick call and they had it shipped to me the next day. Couldn't have been more helpful
