Flight got canceled by again, no one taking accountability an I had to buy a ticket on a other airline, Flights reflected on capital one travel totally different than on Delta app, with? Safe to say .. Just refer to Delta app, least they'll be held responsible, in my case out of luck .. Delta denied responsibility for the cancelation but I honestly think that was error on their part for failing to connect me to my final destination with their constant flight change. End story, I'll book direct with airlines! Screw the 5x for the invaluable peace of mind.

Bad experience and wasted so much of time across multiple nights while they tried to resolve my issue, with no resolution. If possible always book with the airline instead.

Capital one travel is the worst! I wish I had never used them and booked through the airline. I had to cancel my flight due to an injury and the airline gave me a credit of $569.20 to use for another flight. When I tried to book another flight, Capital one rep told me it would cost an additional $587.20! That’s over $1100 for a flight that I could just book through the airline for $636!! What a scam!! NEVER use this company! I am done with them! They are horrible!!

As a customer of Capital One Travel, I booked a hotel through their platform, and I had to call them seven times because the hotel was supposed to issue me a refund. They never managed to get me the refund; instead, the claim was denied. The agency they partner with kept all of my money. I am extremely disappointed and will never use Capital One Travel again.

Capital One Travel Price match policy is not good. First they will tell you we will match the price and give you the credit back. I was on the phone with the CapitalOne Travel agent and he told me to book it even it was a big price difference. He kept repeating don't worry we will match when I booked it then he transfer me to Price match department and they didn't do any price match. I even requested them to cancel it because I booked it because they told me to do that .. I won't recommendt people to book it from Capiutal One. Expedia prices are much better and you don't have to waste your time. I was charged $476.17 extra by capital One. I was talking to Capita One Agent (Megan) when I asked her to transfer me to supervisor or Manager she refused me to transfer . She was very rude. I won't recommend people to book travel from Capital One

I’ve been a capital one member for some time now, and used the venture cards for work…the good is that the redemption process and ability to create alternate cards…is great. However, the customer service, certain policies are subpar. Booking through their capital one travel site for our first NY trip back at the end of March turned out to be the last straw. Booked in advance, about a month prior…finally arrive on a red eye. The hotel “millennium time square” was extremely unacceptable. Dirty rooms, hair in places, literally no amenities despite both the hotel site and capital one travel portal stating nothing of the sort. Confirmed there hasn’t been anything open since before COVID. False advertising at its most blatant. Confirmed with hotel of the exception to cancel my reservation to find alternative accommodations…called capital one and they opened a dispute with themselves to credit me back. Just recently the dispute was closed and I was re-charged the $500. Back and forth, back and forth…no exception and out the amount. Closed my account the same date. When closing…my offer: “if I spend $3000 in the next 2 months I get $200 in travel credit” Seriously, what the …I’m no longer tolerating just blatant ignorance to the issues. No more accounts with this bank.

I have attempted to use Capital One insurance twice and both times they were not able to find me another flight. They advertise the insurance as if your flight is cancelled within 24 hours of the flight, and you have to be somewhere on time, they will find you another flight. My son was coming home from college and he had to be back for class. His return flight was cancelled two hours before the flight and Capital One Travel could not find another flight. This also happened with my daughter and wife. My daughter had to be at a Volleyball game and their flight was cancelled and she missed the game because Capital One Travel could not find another flight. I love using Capital One Travel to book trips, but DO NOT GET THE INUSRANCE!!!

If I could give Capital One travel 0 stars I would. I have never in my life has such a difficult time with a credit card travel agency. I cancelled a flight and have credit to use on rebooking - should be pretty straightforward. But I've spent hours on the phone and every time I call I get a new booking stipulation or excuse. And the fight price they're offering is 2x more than direct through airline. Even pushing through to the supervisor gets me nowhere. Enough to make me want to cancel my Capital One card even though this service is clearly outsourced.
