I have waited for 2 weeks for a replacement Electronic lock that has not come. They gave me a FedEx tracking # 5648583427206 . This is not a FedEx #. They then told me on a 2nd call it would be there today. On the 3rd call they told me FedEx screwed up with a fake tracking #. They also sead they would e mail me and never did. There lifetime warranty is all Bull they will never replace anything . I will never ever buy anything from them ever again.

The safe, itself, was satisfactory; however, the safe had an internal breakage with the locking system. Called Cannon multiple times and was told they would be contacting a safe locksmith in my area---ha, ha ha! they completely failed to honor their warranty that they had promised.

Horrible product and customer service. Bought the safe and put my guns inside. 3 months later the safe will not open and cannon says the locking mechanism has malfunctioned and the only way to get it open is by breaking into the safe. This requires a lock smith and $400+. Cannon will not refund money or cost of braking into safe, nor will they supply the rights parts to fix it. Horrible company and products without support. Don’t waste your money on cannon products.

I purchased a Cannon ValleyForge gun safe from Academy sports about a year ago. The handle mechanism on the inside broke. I was lucky it happened when the safe door was opened and not closed. This was due to poor quality and craftsmanship on the assembly of the door handle mechanism on the inside of the safe. The locking collar was never tightened down and there is a poor tack weld holding everything together that broke. Do not buy these safes. Its not worth having it fail and you can't get your guns out without destroying the safe. The manufacture warranty will not pay for labor or packing the safe up to ship back to their facility. Then I found out they are not made in the U.S.A. Just like all StackOn products which they are affiliated with. These safes are junk. Academy shouldn't even sell them.

Do NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS . THEYRE PURE GARBAGE!

Model # TS6040DLX wide body safe purchased 2013. It has the “NL” e-lock everyone seems to gripe about. It’s never missed a beat. Good value as far as I’m concerned.
