I bought a floor model 40 gun safe, everything was working fine at the store until I started to change the code then I think I burned the pad trying too many times. I called customer service and Oliver Canche helped me through the process and come to fine out it had a bad keypad, so he sent me a new one with no problems. I'm happy with it so far. Thanks Oliver

Oliver did a great job; I had replaced the battery in my safe without opening it and had locked myself out. He was patient, because I am truly not tech savvy, but made it happen. Thanks again Oliver!!

First I received a safe that was defective. I contacted customer support and reported my issues with the safe. A few days later I was contacted by Cannon customer service representative Javi Hernandez. Javi has been amazing. He has made sure that my new safe will be shipped promptly and that I was completely satisfied. Thank you Javi for going the extra mile. He’s a true professional and a fantastic representative for Cannon Safes.

I see the negativity regarding these safes (believing trolls are more willing to write than pros), and while this is not the most expensive line I have ever owned, IT IS up to the task. I added some weatherstripping to enhance the benefit of my heating rod and circulating fan (humid environment) which solved the only issue I had. Regarding customer service. I have called and emailed and always found the responses to be be far better than most cell service providers. Replacement parts were free and not overly long in delivery. I too had to replace my lockwork which required tapping the horizontal holes to accept the appropriate screws. Could be thought irritating, however I then had the excuse to buy the tap and die set I had been fancying and learned how to use them. Win Win! Colosio is primo at customer service!

I called Cannon Safes to talk with customer service because my safe would not lock. My customer service was awesome. Raymond talked me through the troubleshooting process and explained to me exactly how we were going to solve the problem. I can give every positive feedback to anyone that is planning on purchasing a Cannon Safe.

I purchased two safes and one failed to open after a year. After a week of them asking for multiple videos and pictures, they are still asking for silly stuff. They clearly do not back their product. I have purchased many safes but will never again buy a cannon. Cheap junk with a supposedly “lifetime warranty”. Very disappointed and would not recommend!

I didn't want to give a 1 star review cannon doesn't even deserve that! They have done nothing but lie to me and I have called them out on it every time. They have no intentions in fulfilling the warranty and that is wrong! Fake fedex# they give you, said they made deal with locksmith never did. So much they said that I can't write it all down. Bad company! Never will deal with them again but I've seen they are getting by with this with alot of people.
