I needed assistance with my gun safe and Rafael Mendoza was extremely helpful! He spent the necessary time explaining everything that I needed and was very easy to work with!

My new 64 gun safe dead bolts would not engage. They were hitting the angle iron they were suppose to go behind. You have no repair service to fix things like this! I would think a co. your size would, to handle problems like this. Returning a 594lb. Safe was out of the question. George Moreno was wonderful, professional, and dedicated to helping me. Many koodoos to him.

I sent Stack-On the serial number of my safe and they emailed a link to the manual so I could reset the entry code. The reset procedure was unsuccessful. Rafael in tech support quickly diagnosed that there must be a possibly defective reset button, keypad, or board. He generated an order for replacement parts that will be sent via FedEx and also emailed installation instructions. I'm very pleased with Stack-On to resolve the issue.
