Eden is my representative. Everything was exactly as it should be. Response was quick, my situation was understood and the situation was taken care of immediately. I expected to get the runaround and be told that they could not help me. Oliver was more than helpful with our extremely old safe. He found the parts I needed in the system and had the order processed in no time. During this time in the holiday season where most people are upset or inpatient, Oliver showed understanding and empathy in resolving our issue. More people could take cues from Olivers good disposition. Thanks

Oliver, was more than helpfull. My keep pad was not working and he helped test the lock. He also told me a good battery was very important to having the key pad working correctly. He then helped me order the part to make it work correctly. Thank you very much Oliver for your help with my problem!!

After purchasing my safe and getting it home, I opened the safe door to find nothing but 2 keys and my warranty card. No shelf clips, floor plugs or side shelves. The store manager opened the safe at the store and said nothing so I figured all was well, (I should've looked). I called the store and was directed to contact Cannon Safes. I did just that and couldn't have been more pleased. Customer service was extremely helpful and sent out the missing items free of charge and I a timely manner. I would have given a 5 star rating but there were a few scuff/scratches on the safe and a very small dent in the front. Nothing but cosmetic damage and will definitely not hinder the safes propose.

Oliver helped me to register my safe’s warranty even though the serial number sticker had been badly damaged and unreadable. It was a 30 minute phone call that was well worth it! He also answered general questions that I had concerning the use of the keypad. Great customer service!!

It would have been a five star but I had to work on it less than a year from purchase. I purchased two identical 18 + 2 gun safe from tractor supply last year on Black Friday. One is still working great but the one at my farm to keypad stopped working so I replaced the battery went back the following week the battery's dead again put a battery in it and 3 minutes later the keypad was not working. Immediately called Cannon got somebody on the phone and in less than 2 weeks they shipped me a new keypad and little computer brain that it plugs into. Problem solved didn't cost me a thing except for a little bit of my time. I really do like the safe but just a little disappointed that I actually had to change out the keypad. But if it does go out again I know that all I have to do is call and they will ship me a new one. Luckily my safe came with a master backup key that goes behind the keypad to open the safe if something should happen to go wrong with the the key pad. With the service that I received I will more than likely buy another Canon safe but I would prefer a combination lock with a dial versus a digital keypad for the simple fact I'm pretty positive I would never have to change that.
