I purchased a 64 gun cannon safe, after a few years the electronic keypad would not work a few numbers to open the safe. I reached out to cannon customer service and they sent a free new electronic keypad out and it opened the safe. My next step is seeing if a locksmith can put a mechanical dial in it. Customer service was prompt and easy to reach.

I received outstanding customer support frome Mike Mercado on gaining access to my built-in Cannon wall safe for my new RV. I interfaced with Mr. Mercado over a couple weeks multiple times trying factory default combinations and other technical attempts to gain access and ultimately reset the combination. I wound up purchasing a key and received once vetting was confirmed. Mr. Mercado is a Top-notch, security conscious, customer support professional that was also very responsive in keeping me updated during this process. I am happy to report successfully gaining access to my safe and changing the combination. I sincerely appreciate and very grateful for Mr. Mercado support

Purchased a safe that the keys were missing as they were lost by the shipping company. I spoke with Cannon about it, specifically Gerry Lara, and I received amazing support!!! My keys were promptly shipped and Gerry checked along the way to make sure I received them! I couldn't have asked for better service. This is my second Cannon safe and when I need another, Cannon is the only brand I'll buy!

Quick response to get the problem solved. I thought I had lost my key, and sent an email to see what I needed to do to get the key replaced. I received an email response early the next morning with a list of things that were needed to replace the key. I actually found the key and did not need to have it replaced. But I was happy with the quick response for help.
