Gerry Lara fulfilled all my expectations I am very pleased with the service I received.

I contacted GunVault regarding I had inadvertently locked my key inside the GunVault. I was contacted by customer service and they were very helpful in arranging for me to get another key. Great follow-up and communications by the agent I was dealing with.

Once my request was received on my gun cabinet lock issue the process was seamless. All customer support was exceptional at addressing my concerns and resolved. I received my key within a reasonable time and best yet it worked. Thank you! Bob Olson

Love Cannon Safe and the representatives! They've been so helpful and willing to take time to help me with a fix - by walking me through the process on the phone. The keypad was no longer working and they quickly ordered me a new one. It took a week or so to arrive, and they also emailed me extra instructions and videos on how to switch it out. 🫣 That "fixing" part will come next. Lol If I get stuck, then I'll call Cannon again and I'm sure they'll get me going in the right direction. This Cannon Gun Safe was an awesome investment. Thank you to a great company.

The electronic keypad on my gun safe stopped working. I called customer service and Gerry quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement keypad shipped. I received it quickly and installed it myself(pretty easy) and it is working fine now.
