Had a technical issue that turned out to be a battery that needed replaced. The gentleman that assisted me was polite, and knowledgeable. After seeing the video I provided he was able to quickly identify the problem and we had it fixed in 5 minutes. Thank you Francisco, I appreciate your help!

Keypad started beeping after few months and now it's not usable and customer service is a joke , been trying to call and email for several weeks with no response

Absolutely the worst customer service and to make it even worse they lie and do not follow up on calls or emails. I bought a new safe that had a bad digital lock on it from they say I bought it and I still have not be able to receive a replacement lock even though I have followed and done all the requirements they have asked .. When I follow up they jerk me around. Cannon safes and the customer service is the worst in the business. I learned the hard way and now I have useless gun safe

At first I got a generic email, which I didn’t like the process. I emailed the company to express that I wasn’t happy, a person immediately emailed back and I explained the problem and they got my model number and address and sent me a new keypad for my safe. Thank you for emailing me personally. Great company.

My lock mechanism stopped working, and my safe is under warranty and your service department. did not replace it after several talks, so that being said, DO NOT BUY CANNON SAFES. THE LOCK MECHANISM IS NOT ANY GOOD AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.

I had chosen the wrong model for initial setup. I couldnt get the keypad to open the safe. I contacted customer service and their response was immediate. They walked me through setup quickly and easily. Thanks again!!
