takes too many tries to open........
Chatted with agent about my Cannon Safe's Electronic Lock taking way too many tries to open. Set me up with a replacement lock and only charged me for shipping 15.95 service was fast and easy!

The experience was excellent
The experience was excellent, took a while to get through, lay your phone on lap about 10 minutes, but the lady took my info, it was about keypad eating battery's, got new one ordered 31 dollers, I was to lazy look for receipt.
