I am a recent customer of Canadapet care and I have nothing but praise for it. To begin with, they are way cheaper on heartgard, which I need for my two doggies. Then, even though I opted for no tracking (which means that I had a free delivery), I was incredibly impressed when the package arrived barely a week after I had ordered it online. No other online provider for pets was as efficient and timely, and I have tried many, including companies that charge for mailing. I highly recommend this company and plan to buy all my pet's needs from them.

They were great before the Ca. Toilet banned them. Why dont the Ca. Vermin block things line facebook instead of Good companies?

Don’t order from this company. Meds were shipped from Singapore and had an incomplete address so was returned to sender. Unreal. Luckily I paid for a tracked shipment or I wouldn’t know what happened to it. I won’t order from them again and hoping I get a refund of over $200 worth of meds.

I tried to order from there site and was told that they wouldn't ship to Canada!!!! This is a US company trying to pretend to be Canadian

Shipped from Singapore, do I need to say more? Don't put your loved ones lives at risk. Purchase from a legitimate place. It looked good enough but don't.

I don’t understand why a company that’s called Canada pet care, won’t ship to Canada tried several times throughout several months and it always says unable to ship to Canada at this time. I’ve called customer service and got no where told it would be fixed within a couple weeks. And basically told I was lying 🤦‍♀️

I’ve been using Canadapetcare for a couple of years now. I like the way I can use reward points quickly versus having to accumulate a bunch over a longer period of time. I’ve also received what was ordered. I would like to be able to get it delivered a little faster but given the required international shipping checks, it’s okay with me - particularly give the $$ savings.

Best prices for Simparica! Helpful and courteous when I had difficulty adding my phone #- (Omit spaces between numbers.) Highly recommend!
