I have never had any problems with this company. I use Nexguard and it has always worked. Sometimes slow getting here but it gets here. I was a bit surprised when one order came from Singapore! I prefer Canada!

I've been ordering from this company for several years and never had an issue! Products arrived in decent amount of time, customer service was easy to contact, etc. No complaints, not one!

I've ordered from Canada Pet Care several times. It takes a couple of weeks to get the product, but that's normal when it comes from another country and has to go through customs. The product is always exactly what I ordered. I had to contact them the first time I ordered because I accidentally ordered twice. I had no problem getting ahold of them, and they canceled the second order immediately. I'm always provided with a tracking number, so I can see where the order is in transit. I also like that I earn points to use toward future purchases.

Update to earlier review: The Customer Service team was very helpful when I contacted them via email and promised a refund upon return of the product. They would send a SASE, prepaid to Canada. When I told them that this would lengthen the wait time (since they're in Canada) for getting my pets covered with new product, they refunded my payment within the next few days. They were supposed to send me a box to return the product, but I haven't yet seen it. Original Review: I ordered Revolution Plus and they sent me cheaper generic version with a different name, made in Belgium. The fundamental flea/tick medicine is different in the version sent to me. So who knows what else is in this? They are advertising Revolution, which is what the vet prescribed. There is No upfront notice or warning, letting customers know that their order will be swapped out for a different brand with different make up/generic. Contacting BBB next. Way to give the Canadian pharmacy option a terrible name. Any suggestions here for a Canadian online pharmacy to get safe, authentic product?

I've been ordering through them for about a year and a half now and it's very convenient and their products are name brand for about 30% off retail. It takes about 2to3 weeks for delivery but that's ok . I just wish they had more promotions like mothers day etc;
