Canada? More like SINGAPORE!!! 🇸🇬 ¡¡¡FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Products ship from Singapore & customer service sounded like they were in Singapore too. So Canada probably has nothing to do with the company. Estimated 3+ weeks for delivery... I just moved & the area has a huge mosquito population 24/7. In Buffalo, I'd get things from Canada in days. So figured a couple extra days for NJ... I called customer service twice & was forced to leave a msg. No one returned either call. It's been a week, finally get someone, & am told it's gonna be another 2wks because they're in Singapore... This purchase was some of my very last dollars (VERY TIGHT BUDGET). Now the order can't be canceled & refunded, so I can't get them something else asap & they have to go no without heartworm protection. GREAT! Putting my dogs health at risk & messing with my finances. Thaaanks! Need to be upfront with customers & let them know that things are shipped from SINGAPORE and NOT Canada. They offer tracked shipping for an extra fee at checkout. SPECIFY THE REAL LOCATION! #DISHONEST! #UNFAIR! #HealthRisk #UNPROFESSIONAL! #FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! #LIARS! #SCAM

I have never had an issue with CanadaPetCare. I use the auto ship so they send me my heart guard and Bravecto when they’re due. When I have called, they answer their phones and help with questions. I highly recommend them.
