I bought Bravecto from them for my dog, and it was supposed to last three months, but it didn't last a week. The box had what looked like a misprint, which makes me suspect it could be a counterfeit.

Twice in two days I have not been able to place my order and had to ask for assistance. I was hung up on once the first day after explaining that I had two things in my cart and only wanted one of them. I call back and the next guy tells me that product is no longer available...yet it was still up on the site. I went back today and tried to order the same med. that they had erased yesterday as unavailable and there it was again. So I tied to order it again. And was told something was wrong with my card so I called and was told no one was available to take my call and to leave a message. Something 'fishy' is going on here. Regretfully, J.Myers

Last order took 3 weeks without receiving notification. Now it's been 10 days nothing. I'm going to my bank and file a dispute.

This company sent me 2 boxes of Profender for cats with an early 2023 date. One box will expire in 5 mos and one will expire in 6 mos. I will not be able to use the product before the expiration date. They couldn’t be bothered to even send boxes that were good for at least a year and I paid $65.33! I’ve asked for half refund and waiting for a reply. I will escalate with my card company and downgrade my review if they do not immediately issue a refund. The product shipped from Singapore and they are not upfront about this. I found this out when I didn’t initially get a confirmation of my order.

I ordered some things on Feb 29th, and the website states they ship within one day. I finally wad able to get ahold of someone about 4 hrs after they opened. When I log into my account for the tracking number, the order isn't even showing. When I called they stated it had been shipped today, (March 4th). The man I spoke with was not friendly at all! Won't use this site again.

What a hassle. Called because I'm ordering flea/tick treatment for 5 cats, so they think 24 doses of a monthly treatment is a lot and wouldn't fill my order until I contacted them with a reason?!?! A years worth is 60 doses. Slow shipping. Then when receive my order it's short by half. Go to Dr. Carl's in Australia, no issues there at all.

Fake,Fake, Fake. Seresto cat collars I purchased 10 in two orders. now out about $500. I Called Elanco and this pet store is not a client of theirs. Packages look REAL. Maybe they did not know. They were NOT supplied from Elanco.

I can say the prices are reasonable BUT they say they're in Canada and the meds are being shipped out of the UK The site said 7-14 days for the arrival of my order After placing my order I inquired on where my tracking number was since i paid extra for thie option. And i was informed via email that my order was being shipped out of the UK and would now be 14-21 days for delivery. It is now 12 days fron day of placing the order and my package hasn't even made it to the US yet, so my tracking number won't even work yet. Because the order isn't even close to arriving i have to take my cat to the vet if its not here by Monday to get what we need. I'd just like to say thanks Canada Pet Care for costing me $130 for something that should've cost me $35 had it arrived when it was supposed to. You need to be honest about where meds are coming from and how long it is really going to take.for customers to get their stuff up front instead of after they complete their order 😡
