Ordered from Canada Pet Care in 4/18 and I’m still not sure whether the website is legit or not. Cannot get an answer either via the 800# because it just disconnects you after saying you’ll be transferred or via reaching out thru their Twitter (X) account. Also sent an email to customerservice at CanadaPetCare.com but still no answer. If I don’t get an answer soon with shipping & tracking information then I’ll dispute the charge with my cc company.

Ordered Simparico trio for my dog and Revolution plus for my cats. Legit products and no problem with shipping.

I ordered Bravecto for my dogs and cats plus some Heartgard for the dogs. I received a call from Canadapetcare asking who the meds were for - my own pets, a rescue group, etc, they also told me the items would be coming from Singapore and that it could take as long as 6-8 weeks. They asked if I was okay with this and said if I wasn't I could cancel the order. I told them I was fine with it and I received the entire order within 3 weeks. It did come from Singapore and I checked the boxes and all were sealed properly. I gave them to my pets and neither the dogs or the cats have shown any type of ill affects. I feel the products are legit. I am happy with Canadapetcare and will order again from them.

Very slow shipping. The order was placed on April 4th, it's the 12th now. I tried to call them to find out but the phone line was crackling and got disconnected 3 times. I don't know when I will receive the medication for my dog.

No order tracking, sites a little janky. Other than that, order bravecto orange and blue. Got exactly what I paid for. Checked boxes for signs of forgery and could find none. Dogs had no negative reactions and they have yet to have a flea or tick. One of the dogs has demodectic mange and it started clearing up. I am confident this place is solid. Also the negative reviews... Places like this swap for generics all the time. Most the reviews read as hit pieces from upity people. Prices can't be beat.

First time trying to use this site, which is called 'Canada' Pet Care and states 'free shipping' on their page. I am not convinced that this is an above board company! First of all, the site offers shipping to Canada, the US, or Israel. Yup, kind of a weird selection. However, when I go to place the order and select 'Canada' as the shipping country, there is NO free shipping, just paid, even though it offers free shipping to the US. AND, the funds are in US $s- kind of odd for a seemingly Canadian company. After an hour of frustration with the shipping and lack of CDN cost info, I called them and learned that THIS IS NOT A CANADIAN COMPANY. They told me they are located in the UK, having relocated from Canada because they are now global. (Really? Shipping to only 3 countries does not sound global to me.) They further explained that they are currently not shipping to Canada because of import issues. Hmmmmm....sounds suspicious all around. I spoke to 2 people and both had very heavy Indian accents, making it very challenging to understand them. I DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have a sister company in Canada, Bestvetcare.com. Both companies do not have great reviews.

I purchased some flea tick meds for my cat paid for the tracking my shipment and now there is no order and I have not received my pet meds. I will file a claim with the bank to investigate and cancel. But pretty much what everyone is saying is true. This company is not an honest business

I ordered some things on Feb 29th, and the website states they ship within one day. I finally wad able to get ahold of someone about 4 hrs after they opened. When I log into my account for the tracking number, the order isn't even showing. When I called they stated it had been shipped today, (March 4th). The man I spoke with was not friendly at all! Won't use this site again.
