Canada pet care always has the products I need and at nice discounts and a good rewards program. They arrive within two weeks, sometimes even 1 week. I spend so much less than getting these products through our vet.

This company sent me 2 boxes of Profender for cats with an early 2023 date. One box will expire in 5 mos and one will expire in 6 mos. I will not be able to use the product before the expiration date. They couldn’t be bothered to even send boxes that were good for at least a year and I paid $65.33! I’ve asked for half refund and waiting for a reply. I will escalate with my card company and downgrade my review if they do not immediately issue a refund. The product shipped from Singapore and they are not upfront about this. I found this out when I didn’t initially get a confirmation of my order.

Have been ordering for years ,but my last two experiences have gone from a 5 star to 1- last order I was short changed & had to fight to get my right amount-today I had a 20% coupon which was accepted & @ checkout it was only 18%. Emptied my cart PS it is Sun. so I used Chat-could not assist me so I emptied my cart

My order would not go through over the weekend, so after calling the bank to clear Canada, I tried to put the order through by phone with Canadapetcare. It kept being rejected. The CSR told me they were in UK, not Canada, so I had the bank clear UK. Next call to the company and still being rejected. At that point the bank told me the transaction was coming from Mauritius, and they cleared Mauritius. By now, I'm smelling a rat. Another call to the company to let them know I was wary, and CSR says they are a global company and I should just clear Canadapetcare, for all countries. I told him I could not do that, and that I had a better resolution...click. I called the bank for the fifth time and had them raise all the shields again. These crooks now have my CC# and info, so now I have to watch the account like a hawk for awhile. At least I didn't get the order to go. Thank you JESUS!

Been ordering from Canada Care for years without a problem. I wonder what has happened…Last order received I noticed was not sent from Canada, which seemed odd to me. Placed another order in early June which never arrived. Website page is no longer available. I phoned to find out what was going on and was told they have problems with shipping to California now. If this was the case, why wasn’t I contacted? He proceeded to say he would issue a refund (which was less than what I paid for). When I phoned back to inform that I had “closed” the card that was used for this purchase, (same person answered the phone but he used a different name!) responded “not to worry, it will go back onto my account”. At that moment, I realized no refund would be issued & this company must no longer exist. Very disappointing experience.

I’ve always had good experiences with them. But now it looks like they are off line for the US. Can’t even get to the site now

I'm a repeat customer and have had a good experience until this last order. Keep getting emails I need to verify information. Have called twice and verified info and was told to respond to email verifying info. Did that too. Got a third email saying needed to call. They are not answering and not returning requests for call backs. Beware!

I received my order of Simparica Trio 20-40 kg 44-88lbs today 7-11-24. The package came from Singapore as most have stated! So I started looking closer to reviews and seems like Canadapetcare is Not upfront as to where the medication comes from! It says Zoetis Belgium on the box. Is it actually made in Belgium or Singapore??? So now I'm taking this to my Vet for analyzing by an independent lab to determine what this actually is!!! Definitely Not Happy 😕
