Canada Pet Care offers excellent prices, frequent generous seasonal discounts, no tariffs passed onto the customer, and fast free shipping. The added bonus is the rewards points, which add up quickly, and are generous in giving you 1 point for every dollar spent, with 4 points equaling a dollar off your order. The rewards program is my only complaint. You are limited to redeeming no more than 10% of your order total, and rewards points expire 12 months from date of issue. This means you’d have to spend over 10x the amount you have in rewards points in one single purchase in order to zero them out. For me, that means I have to purchase over $740 worth of product in one order. Then I’ll get more rewards points for that order, and the cycle continues. It creates a hamster wheel effect. When redeemable rewards points are limited and have a small expiration window, this means you will likely never actually benefit from all of the rewards you earned. It feels scammy and honestly, with a better rewards program, CPC would be a 10/10.

Do not try to get expedited ship they are kind of rude and no matter how long you do business with them you will not get it done. I have done business with them for a very long time and after this experience I will not be doing anymore. I wish they had honored request as mistakes happen and when you need it you need it. I am sorry. Thank You

I wish I could leave a positive review, but I still haven’t received the product. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solutions. Despite the delays, they had no issue withdrawing the payment from my account promptly. I even paid extra for tracking information, which I only received after contacting customer service myself. Extremely disappointing experience. Update 12.19.24 Rec'd product - keeping fingers crossed that it works. Still disappointed with Candapetcare but am up dating rev for full disclosure.

Second time ordering from here. The jury is still out. They call themselves canadapetcare but ship from the UK. Not sure if the medication is manufactured there or not. My dogs have not had any abnormal reactions to it but I don't really trust this 100% either. If the packaging comes like it did last time, it'll be the last time I purchase. Interesting thing to note also, is that most reviews here are fake. You can always tell by the multiple 5 stars on the same cluster of days.

I ordered Flea and Tick products on 3/17/2020, billed $142 on 4/1/2020, it is now 5/2/2020, Cathy on Canada Pet Care chat says "Refuse Delivery and as soon as the delivery is refused, they will refund my money". I have had no delivery to refuse. Out for delivery May 6, 2020. 51 days from order date to delivery. I raised the number of stars. BE ADVISED: This order took place during the COVID-19 pandemic and its transportation was definitely influenced by it. The biggest delay due to US border and the USPS.

I live in the Mid Atlantic region of the US and recently ordered Heartguard and Simparica. Heartguard was not a problem. However when I reviewed the ingredients on the Simparica that I received and compared it to what I had purchased in the US I discovered that the one from Canada Pet Care did not provide protection for the American Dog Tick. This particular tick can not only be a problem for dogs but is responsible for transmitting Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever to humans. I emailed and at first received an obvious canned response that referred to “packaging” differences. Then I called and was advised that the product was manufactured in Germany and shipped to CPC. It became obvious to me that the Euro manufacturer was not mfg to specific US problems (and why would they). I was ultimately sent a link to the Simparica site, a site for all countries. The US version clearly mentioned the American Dog Tick. When I clicked on the German site it was, obviously, in German with no translation capability. The person at CPC with whom I spoke really couldn’t answer the question. They did however honor their return policy. FYI, even though the American Dog Tick is most prevalent in the western US there have been plenty of instances east of the Rockies. Just not worth the risk.
