Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

JB was great and very helpful with my claim took his time with me and very polite. Richmond VA

I was very impressed with the people the I worked with. Elliot was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Turn around time was excellent and price was very reasonable compared to other quotes that I got.

Nick Lopiccolo, the general manager, was very professional. He got my car up and running in one day. He made me feel like family. I will definitely refer his Medina, Ohio business to others in the future.

My car was hit by another driver backing into my car. I took my car to the Caliber Collision in Palmdale. Right from the day I dropped it off until the work was done, they treated me like a king. I got regular updates as to progress. They answered every question I had, told me what repairs were done, and made sure that my paint was handled by an expert, since I had a special paint. I could not believe how good it looked when I picked it up today. I looked like it just came off of the showroom floor. Steve was my service agent and he gave me excellent service. I highly recommend this shop if you need your car fixed after damage. You will love it.

Caliber Collision in Elburn is the place to go! Mike was with me every step of the way with all the updates and even helped me out with my rental when the job took longer than estimated. Outstanding body work and amazing customer service.

I took my car in on a Monday and had it back by Thursday. The shop employees kept me informed about the repair progress every step of the way. The employees could not have been more friendly or helpful. When I picked up my car it looked better than I ever imagined. I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing this type of service. My Wife was hit from behind by 2 cars insured by the same company. There was extensive damage to the front, side, and rear of the car. I brought the car to Caliber Collision on Preston Road in Frisco. Andy Ginn wrote an estimate on the car, and as we both expected the car was a total loss. Andy went way above and beyond in helping with this. Since the car was totaled, he made no money. He must have spent at least 1 or 2 hours on this and went out of his way to help me. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable and a very good person as well. If I have any collision damage in the future I know where to take my car. If their body work is anywhere near as good as their customer service then they are the very best. Thank You so much Andy

Awesome service! Tom performed a detailed estimate on my vehicle. The work was done on time and Tom gave me detailed reports of how the progress of the repair work was going. Mckala provided friendly and professional service at the front desk. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Hillsboro to all of my friends!
