I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Route 27 in Clermont, FL since I had work done on my Tacoma truck, on June 4th, 2020. the service advisor (German Duran) was very conscientious and made sure that the work done on my truck was correct and expeditious.

We were very pleased with all the staff and the service at Caliber Collision! They got us in very fast and made us feel safe during the pandemic by wearing masks. The work they did was perfect and they did a fantastic job cleaning the car after they fixed it, inside and out! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their help!

BEST service I have received from a collision center. Anthony was very kind on the phone and in person. The staff inside was very nice and helpful as well. I had a minor issue with my bumper and Caliber Collision took care of me. I was there for only 15 minutes. I would refer this place to anyone! Thank you all for your your help!!

Our experience at Caliber North Sarasota was excellent from the beginning. Gidget Sanders was so helpful with getting the right car rental. She was so friendly so reassuring and answered all our questions. The car rental agent was waiting for us there. Robert Kerr also was so easy going and so professional in our conversations with him. We definitely thought the finished product was most excellent. WE enjoyed every encounter with both of them

From Glenda at the front desk to Steven Tu service Advisor. They kept me informed every step of the way. They got me in and out in record time.My auto was returned to me cleaner than the first day I bought it. Every thing was sanitized and wrapped in plastic.Extraordinary covid 19 measures taken.I am grateful for this Decatur shop.Thank you Caliber Collision.

Woodie was the guy I worked with while my truck was being repaired, he was top notch. He kept me informed on daily basis and was prompt to respond to my text questions. In fact, everyone I talked and worked with was prompt and courteous. I'd definitely recommend these guys and even though I hope I don't need their body shop repair services any time soon, I'd use them again in a heartbeat if I needed to.

I had an accident with damage to my right front passenger side of my vehicle. I did not know what company to seek to repair the damages to my car. My insurance provider suggested that I take my vehicle to Caliber Collision. The staff at Caliber Collision are awesome! They explained how they were going to make the repairs. Asked if i had any questions. They kept in contact with my insurance provider. Caliber Collision provides excellent service and care for their clients. If you need a company with a great team, who will provide an excellent service and who care. Caliber Collision is the company who need and want for service!
