I had a small problem where a skid plate got clobbered. I got an estimate from a national competitor and arranged an appointment. Labor estimate was 1.5 hours so I assumed that it was to taken care of while I wait. They asked me to leave it for a few days. I was out of there. I happened by Caliber Collision on my way home. They were able to take care of me on the spot, since the repair was really minor. They took care of the plate and inspected for any other damage. They provided pics, got everything back in place and saved me money for the hour I spent having this done. The management and crew were great.

What a smooth and easy experience so professional had answers for all my questions that I could understand and I must say taking all the precautions with the COVID 19 I’ll definitely recommend them to family and friends so happy with the work they did on my truck

CC was recommended by our insurance company and was only 4 miles from home. Having trust in our insurance provider we rolled the dice on CC. My first impression of it being friendly, well run, professional, clean and accommodating proved to be true throughout the repair process up to and including the amazing repair they made. The way they keep you informed as the work is underway was something I never experienced before for any type of service and it was greatly appreciated. They offered an acceptable time line after the estimate and when they discovered more damage once they started they quickly let me know it may be a couple days longer BUT they still met the original promised date. I certainly hope I never need their services again but should I, I will not hesitate to use them and I do not hesitate to recommend them for any collision repair you need.

This is the second vehicle that i have had to get repaired and both times they have done an awesome job. The crew at the Chestertown, Md. Location were very professional and nice. Their techs did an awesome job on the bed of my truck and the price was reasonable. Thanks again and I will bring any vehicle to that location that I need to get repaired.
