What a great experience with Steve from Grafton! Very knowledgeable,personable, fair and sense of urgency. Considering that the repair was non-insurance related claim, I was very pleased with the fair price. Quality was outstanding and I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in the area.

First time in 25 years have had a need to use a body shop for a rear bumper replacement due to a collision. Was very impressed in the speed, quality and professionalism of the entire staff at Caliper Collision of the Woodlands. Travis was outstanding in his knowledge and communication as the 3-4 day process commenced. A great experience, will use them again for any body or collision work.

Excellent service Phillips highway - Jacksonville Fla Reception was always available to welcome customers and answer calls. Picked up my 2018 RAV4 and was very satisfied. Ms Leslie answered all my questions and helped me better understand my vehicle’s safety equipment.

Caliber East Madison, was a great experience overall. Shawnee was always polite on the phone, Dan explained the painting process to assure me that I was in the best of hands with having a professional team working on my truck. I used to paint show cars, and I was more than pleased with the overall straightness of the body work, and the excellent White Diamond Tri-Coat finish and color match! Great Job!

I would never use them again. The worst experience ever. Had to come back 4 times for something that should have been fixed the first time. I spent more time talking to the receptionist concerning my vehicle. Thanks Ms.Linda for keeping me inform. Linda has went well above her job title. Outstanding job!!! New update. The manager Brian has went above and beyond to fix my complaints and issues concerning my vehicle. Thanks to Brian and the staff at caliber collision.
