Ms Linda Prickett at the Morrow location truly have a heart for her customers. We had to bring our truck in for an estimate and she took the time over the phone and in person to give me and my husband everything we needed and she made sure we understood the process every step of the way. We have built a relationship and I wanted to acknowledge Ms Prickett on a job well done. She truly is a STAR!!! Thank you again for all that you do daily…

Customer service in this place from calling to set up appointments to walking in the door was awesome.

I needed a side mirror painted that was new to replace a side mirror that had gotten broke. So, this is as easy a job as a paint shop could ask for from a labor perspective. The first paint shop I went to wouldn't do the job and said I could come back in March and see if they had time then. Caliber Collision not only took on the small job but had it done in less than a week!! These are great people and will be using them again!!

I want to recognize, and think, Ashley and Paige at the Indian Land, SC location. From my first visit to my visit to pick up my vehicle, both ladies have been extremely helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable of their job with Caliber. Excellent service and I was very impressed with them. I told them they were wonderful, and they are.

Great costumer service, the staff was very polite and helpful. The service on my camaro was outstanding and my car looks like new and that was well appreciated by me and my wife. I would give the shop in Laguna Beach caliber collision a 5 star anytime.

I came in from Port Townsend to get an estimate on my side mirror repair. I already had the new part. I was told it would be a pretty long wait to have a simple estimate done because they were very busy. Tommy heard this and grabbed my keys and he and Anton quickly put the new mirror on my 4 runner. I was impressed. Tommy said they wanted to ensure my safety and not have me come all the way back in for the repair . Thank you Caliber!!!
