Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

They went above and beyond to make sure we got our commercial truck back in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and did a beautiful job on our new truck a 6 point deer ran into the side of. They arrange the rental vehicle, and everything went so smooth. Very grateful for a job Well done!!!!

I took my car to Caliber Collision thinking I would never get it back due to the issue with parts and a shortage of labor. Due to excellent, prompt, and friendly service provided by Brandon and his co- workers, I got by car back in two weeks instead of the estimated seven weeks. I received an update every Monday, Wednesday and Friday regarding the service status, and my car was returned like new. It had also been washed and cleaned on both the inside and out. I highly recommend Caliber for your collision needs.

Everyone there is amazing, professional and experienced. Chris texted me every day and kept me updated on the repairs to our vehicle. He kept his word on everything and did a fantastic job. Samantha and Jane even made delicious popcorn 🍿 for us. Very pleased with how organized they all are and there isn’t one thing to complain about. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Should be a ten star rating 😊

I was hit by a deer and damage was quite extensive. I used Caliber Collision in Wilmington, De (Germay Drive) for my repairs. They were up front with me, that the wait could be long due to parts delays. They kept me informed with weekly updates regarding progress. I couldn't be happier. They actually completed my repairs in good time and my car looks fantastic. The front office staff is exceptional. I had to return for something minor and they addressed it immediately. I highly recommend their service. They are professional, integral and provide excellence in service.

They broke my tonneau cover. I came here because of the wonderful reviews and they did a wonderful job with the repairs. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process and end result. With that said, they removed and replaced my trucks tonneau cover although the damage was on my bumper and lower side. I noticed that the cover was not in the correct position and said so asking why it was moved. I was told they removed it to paint the lower body. This didn’t make sense to me but seemed okay- just needed to be taken off and put on correctly. It’s not a simple thing to do for me. I need help and tools to do that so I drove away. Well, it snapped at the top of the cover (near the truck cab, not the area that ever moves) while driving. I reached out but was told they are not responsible for it and although they admit to removing and reinstalling it, said they aren’t liable for any after market items. I was told that I drove away with it so it was fine when I left. If I had any idea they would need the truck bed cover to be removed, I would have done it. Now I have a broken cover due to them installing wrong and too tight. I reached out to State Farm as well and they, not surprisingly, don’t feel responsible either.

This is extremely bad company ever! I would not recommend anyone to this body shop at all. This is a theft body shop it located in 15405 Highway 99 Lynnwood Washington 98087. This is my story on 11/28/2022 I dropped off my vehicle there for them to repair my rear side bumper at the back of my rear tires. After when they done the repair so they called me to come pick it up on 12/6/2022 I noticed the interior was so dirty, I didn’t know what have they done to my vehicle. So then when I got home started to clean inside just for cleanliness because of the Covid-19. Then I noticed my glove box was swapped because my vehicle use to have a USB ports inside and also really dirty too. Then I called the guy helped me with the service and told him my glove box was swapped, I didn’t know he is the manager of the shop he denied right away said they didn’t do it. I don’t know what else they would swapped in my vehicle. This is for any body out there want to have a car to repair. I would not recommend them to this body shop and it is located in 15405 Highway 99, Lynnwood Washington 98087…

My van is currently in the shop and an item was left in the van. Ed went above and beyond to get the little winter school coat in the mail and back to Kansas that day on his lunch break. How AWESOME IS HE!! Huge thumbs up and a high five for Ed Eibel!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

I side swiped a car in the parking lot of Big Lots. Was so frustrated that this even happened. I dreaded having to involve the insurance company and most importantly being without my car. Collision Caliber in Georgetown was absolutely amazing taking car all my insurance questions, as well as talking with insurance adjustor. The staff was on point with their customer service. They were very distinguished in answering all my questions with a positive attitude. They kept my car in less time than we originally thought they would it. My car was very detailed from inside out. I am very impressed with end result. I will always take my vehicles there.
