Beautiful views! We stayed at the Country Bear Cottage and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic time the cabin was very nice very clean and the views were spectacular.

My wife and I enjoyed the berries and cherries cabin very much.The hot tub was great and playing the arcade game was awesome.It gave us a flashback in time to when we were newlyweds ,frogger was my wife’s favorite game.I haven't seen her laugh so much in years as I did the night we played frogger. I have only one piece of advice. Please put out better signage for directions to the cabin.We had a very hard time finding it,We passed the entrance several times thinking it was the driveway to the home behind the cabin.Other than that we had a great time and a wonderful anniversary weekend!

We stayed in A Natural High. While the views were breathtaking, and the cabin clean (the master bedroom and bath had an obnoxious lingered cologne smell from the previous people that probably couldn't be helped) and very pretty, there were not the number of places to sleep it the online description promised. The description said sleeps 6, we had 4 people so everything should have been good, right? Not so. The futons that were promised up in the loft were not there, period. The pull-out couch was so uncomfortable that we had to fold it back up and one of us just slept on the couch. When we complained we were told that it was a privately owned cabin, but that they would send the message on to the owner.

Gatlinburg Falls.. Alpine Seclusion Cabins. Our first stay as a Family at Mountain Top Mansion we were moved to ANOTHER cabin due to a family member being completely eaten up by bed bugs. We were compensated for THAT event with the establishment paying for his treatment AND another stay to be used at any time. WELL... The stay THIS TIME AROUND was at ALPINE SECLUSION. The cabin was FILTHY upon arrival. Hot tub did NOT work. And here's the BEST part.. PERSONAL ITEMS CAME UP MISSING to where the police were involved resulting in items mysteriously popping back up ONCE we left and came back to FLORIDA. We now sit and await for items to arrive via overnight shipping. This place failed twice! NEVER will we return! WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

My experience was good an cabin was wonderful

First of all I’d like to say I don’t know who they have cleaning these cabins, but they need to step up their game. Upon arriving to our cabin, I opened the the door to the downstairs bathroom and a pair of women’s underwear were sitting right in front of the toilet. Then, after getting what I thought was a clean towel I took a shower and after drying myself I was covered in long, black hairs. At least 20. I wanted to puke!! After I called and complained all they did was apologize, nothing more. Said they would bring more towels, never did. The knives in the knife set in the kitchen were all covered in old food. Jets in tub were disgusting. Other than those things the place seemed to be well kept... I will say that our mattress for our bed was hard as a ROCK. So hard we tried sleeping on the pull out downstairs. Even worse. The recliner by the sofa was also broken. I gave them 3 stars just because overall the cabin was nice and homey. In all honesty we probably will not be using this company again

Great Vacation at The Wolf's Den. We took our 5 grandchildren this time and had a wonderful time. The cabin had many amenities, was very clean and loved the location, it was close to the many attractions we wanted to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.
