We stayed for a week at Peak of Perfection...It is a great family location! Our stay was so enjoyable we will be booking another week next spring!

Had a great time. The cabin was clean and the view was awesome

Cabin and location beautiful.a little slow at desk when checking in.but overall great way to spend time in the beauty of the smokey mountains.great hot tub also really adds to the vacation relaxation after all the hiking.

Our cabin was very nice, a few things could have been looked after, the kitchen facet was hard to find the right spot to turn it off, and could put a few hooks up in the bath etc to hang robs etc, and maybe a few extra towels considering we stayed a week and only had 2 towels, but loved the serenity of the cabin and loved the jacuzzi and view. I will certainly return for another vacation.

I would never use this real estate company again. They refused to let us know the location of our cabin - we were driving from CT and we were told if we paid in full ahead of time, they would give us the address. We paid in full and then were told we would not receive the address until check in on Saturday so we had to drive 16 hours with no idea where we were going. At 4pm, we were told we would not get the address until the unit was ready and check in "started" at 4pm. But - they did always tell us to have a blessed day. Their communication and setting of expectations were awful. We also bought tickets for one of the Dolly shows upon our reservation. We reserved about 2 mos before our check in date. Our seats were actually the WORST seats in the entire place - we were the very last three seats in the entire arena. The people next to use bought there tickets that day. This company has awful customer service. I would never recommend them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is we did like the cabin but the way we started this trip was awful because of this company.

It was very nice, clean, and dated. Hot tub was already and running when we got there. And a very peaceful place. We went in August so there was no long check in time.

Cabin was nice and so was the staff

The cabin, Valley Lights Views, was very nice and in good shape. Nice view of part of Pigeon Forge. The drive up the mountain to the cabin is a bit scary due to the road being somewhat narrow and no guardrail. Other than that, we had a great time
