2nd time staying off resort and it was a disaster ruined our 16th wedding anniversary. Cabin was dirty, bed was hard as a rock, and there was mouse poop everywhere. I tried to call no one would answer the phone at guest services. Hot tub was once again a warm bath and had a greezy ring around the top edge. I have pictures to back up my experience as well and would be more than happy to show them to warn other not to stay. Really sad the 1st time we stayed on resort and it was really nice had a great time.

We were disappointed with this cabin - Rock the Boat. The hot tub was not clean or well maintained; a gel like residue was present along the bottom of the tub. The cabin itself, while neat, was covered in dust. The kitchen was stocked with extremely worn and scratched Teflon pans. With a little care and attention, this cabin could be a very nice one. While we were told there was WiFi, it never worked and our request for help were ignored. For us, it was a huge disappointment. I was shocked when I received someone else's driver's license in the mail a month after we stayed in this cabis. The envelope was marked Cabins of the Smokey Mountains and all that was included was a driver's license belonging to someone with my last name, but with no other similarities. No other name was similar and this person lived in another state. There was no letter explaining why I was receiving this license. It took me a matter of minutes to find the the rightful owner of the license online and it seems this would have been a logical, more responsible, and easier, first step for Cabin of the Smoky Mountains to do. Overall, this property management company does not deliver customer service and I will definitely not use them again.

We had a great time and the cabin was perfect.

Bad experience... property needs maintenance work. Leaking pipes. Bad cookware.

It was really a pleasant & peaceful stay at 'paradise point'. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just one disappoinment was the pool table which was so much tilt ( may be one of the foot broken ) that it was not playable, otherwise everything was good as mentioned earlier in site

The cabins were very good and worth every penny.

When booking my cabin I was told it was one of their more secluded cabins in sevierville. Upon arrival, it was actually in Gatlinburg and surrounded my 6 other cabins with no views! The pictures of the cabin on your website showed great views. We only had ONE THIN BLANKET supplied in our cabin so we froze at night! I called the night we arrived to tell them about our issues and was told I would receive some sort of compensation for the mix up and was given nothing.

Had a good time will be back next year for sure ...😙😙😙😙😙😙😙😙😙
