I extremely enjoyed my stay, and plan on maybe coming back this year! Extremely friendly, and helpful staff they also stayed in touch with me if I needed them!! Also the cabin was more than perfect with the prettiest weather days up there we could’ve asked for!!

It was a lovely experience. The view was unbeatable and we had the cabin near the end of the lane (Rejuvenation) so it felt private and comfortable. The multi-cade had a stuck button, so games were nearly unplayable; However, I didn't report or complain about it, so that was partially on me. It didn't ruin my experience. The cabin wasn't available until 5:30, but check-in was supposed to be at 4. Even so, no reimbursement is given, nor do you get a later check out time. I seriously think that something should be done to compensate, otherwise I would have given five stars. Regardless, I would still return -- The view was breathtaking from the two decks. The pool table and air hockey makes for a ton of fun. Comfortable furniture and gorgeous interior is really relaxing. But keep in mind your check-in time could be delayed, which could be a real pain if you have a large group, or even children. Luckily we did not.

Honestly the Worst cabin I have ever stayed at in the Gatlinburg/PigonForge area. Had to turn off toilet because it was "filling" loudly every 5 minutes and we couldn't sleep. The advertised dvd/blueray player is not connected to tv (wires stuffed behind set) tv is mounted to wall and cannot be connected. The Playstation has NO COVER and cannot be used. This is the worst experience of any cabin I have stayed in here or any place else. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation and rent a room in one of the hotels on the strip.

Stayed 5 nights in the Sweet Sensations cabin and loved every minute! Beautiful cabin, great view, peaceful and relaxing. Had trouble finding the drive for the cabin being that it was dark and the sign with the cabin numbers is not well lit, but once we found it we fell in love. Will definitely be back!
