Would have gave a 5 but every time we come no matter what cabin we rent there’s a few things that are broke or don’t work.

We love to vacation here either with family or a romantic get-a-way. Some of the furniture could be replaced but overall we are always extremely satisfied.

Everything was prefect, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I celebrated my 24th birthday in Gatlinburg Tennessee. The cabin we stayed at was Magic Moments. Let me tell you this was the best birthday I ever celebrated. Everything was just perfect. The cabin was very spacious and comfy. I would definitely go back again, it was worth the trip.

It was a birthday gift for me and I loved every bit of my stay there. Will be returning

These cabins were beautiful. We had a really restful weekend. They really deserve a 5 star, I'm putting 4 because I thought they would be a bit more private and secluded from looking at the pictures, but all the cabins were on a small cul-de-sac, so our cabin was the first on the right...meaning our back porch and hot tub was not very private.

Horrible check in process!! We had to wait over 2 hours past check in time for our cabin to be ready. The beds were the worst thing I have ever slept on. They sounded like they were wrapped in plastic, but weren’t. They were so loud you could hear the beds from other rooms all night. The rest of the cabin was nice, great game room & theater room on bottom floor!!

We loved this place so much we are gonna try to start coming back here to the same condo at least twice a year! Loved the room, the view, everything. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else after being here!
