Great Location and such a fun experience!!

We enjoyed are stay very much also thought our cabin was a good value for our money we had one complaint a bear helped himself to some trash by our cabin I notified the office and the mess was cleaned up immediately looking forward to our next visit

We have stayed with cabin of the smokey’s For three years. Love the area and the cabins. So clean and warm. Staff are very helpful and willing to give advice on new and fun things to do in the area. I can’t wait to come back again

We stayed at the Running Bear cabin. There wasn't a clean surface anywhere! It was dirty and needed some serious TLC. We had A/C problems that got fixed after 4 long days of calling and complaining. The cabin has potential but the management company does not.

We have rented from Cabins of the Smokies for the past few years! This year was by far the worse we have rented. There was Chip bags under the couches and Dusty floors, hair ties in the bath tub that I found. Also I found little Red Bugs all over the bedroom, and all around the sinks. I do believe these were bed bugs. I feel the cleanliness of our cabin wasnt acceptable. The drains wouldn't drain in the tub and there was an applesauce from previous renter left under the kitchen table. We had no extra trash bags and we was there for 6 days. I feel that the Service within the past few years has slipped and I will not be renting another cabin next time we will be booking with someone else!!!

We specifically chose and paid extra money for the Timber Wolf cabin because my grandson wanted to play Multicade Donkey Kong, Frogger +58. The first thing we noted upon arrival to the cabin was that this game did not work. The cabin rental office was called they responded that they would have to get the vendor out there to fix the game. No one came to fix the game leaving me disappointed along with my grandson. The advertisement states that the cabin sleeps 12 people yet they supplied only 6 towels, 6 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. They had dishes that were decent, but the pans were very old and scratched up. The cabin did not any dish cloths to wash dishes and only one towel to dry the dishes. We called with our concern over the lack of towels and wash clothes. They did bring us a bag after the call. We were refunded 40.00 for the non-working game, but to be honorable they should have refunded us the whole 100.00 extra that we paid for the room because of the advertised game. I will choose not to stay at the venture resorts “Cabins of the Smoky Mountains again. After that experience we will choose to stay somewhere else in the future, perhaps a condo or suites would be responsive to ensuring that everything is in working condition before the guests check into their room.
