Best accommodations we have ever had for a vacation! Can’t wait until our next trip!

Exceptional place... Loved the stay safe clean and enjoyable thank you for everything!!!

Everything was more than perfect!!

We had an 8 bedroom cabin with TV in each room but 2 of them didn't work. We called maintenance and when they arrived they could not fix them because he said they needed updated cable boxes. We had our 92 year old mother with us and needed a handicap ramp but there was not one. The trees behind our cabin were so tall that it blocked our view of the mountains.

My family rented the Gatlinburg Mansion Cabin. It was wonderful. Clean and very comfortable. We were never bored as there is an arcade, pool table and arcade. We sat on the wrap around deck and relaxed (one one each floor!). Such a beautiful view of the smoky mountains! Great for family reunions! More than enough room for everyone!

There were some issues with our originally reserved cabin, but we were accommodated with an upgraded cabin at no additional charge. Our trip did not go as planned due to this change in cabin location and a few other issues, but management is working with me for a reasonable solution to rectify the situation. Because of the companies willingness to compensate us for our inconveniences, and the fact that we were accommodated to the best of the staffs abilities with a replacement cabin on such short notice during peak season I am giving a review of 4 stars. We will definately be returning for another stay in the future.

This company operates under various names which is fishy to begin with. Venture resorts...venture rentals....gatlinburg falls resorts...then cabins of the smoky mountains. Read reviews under all with Google, trip advisor, etc. See complaints at Bbb.org. check in is never at 4pm. First cabin had black mold and they are still renting it out. Demanded to be moved and after way too much arguing finally moved to another city. Lost entire first day bc of this. Second cabin an employee broke in and stole from us. We left early bc we didn't feel safe. They refuse to give refund although they had previously promised first night back....not seen yet. We have contacted many officials to have this place investigated. We are talking to an attorney. Please read reviews under all names to make sure you book with someone else.....one review from 4 months ago stated an employee snuck in their 16 year old daughter room in the middle of the night. They woke up to screams. This place needs to be shut down. They are known for not cleaning cabins and they don't care about you! Reviews state they ignore maintenance calls for things like no heat or air!!! COME ON!!!!

We have stayed at the Cabins of the Smokeys for years now. This was nothing like the prior years there. In the past we have had nothing but great experience. This time it was nothing but issues. I am upset over several things. When we arrived it was on the cooler side and we requested for cabin with fireplaces. Well we did get fireplaces but none of them worked. We were told after calling for service that the owners removed the guts of the fireplaces and must not have informed the office. Next the beds were the worse thing ever in this cabin. We couldn't even sleep on the bed and had to use couch it was so bad. Now other guest with us had ok bed in their room but two out of the 3 were beyond horrible. Next the arcade systems didn't work, again another request from us when setting up. We called for service and were told nothing can be done. Now I want to make clear that this we believe was a horrible incident based on the cabin we got not against the resort. We have stayed at the resort several times and love it. We will be going back again each year for our yearly vacation there, but know not to choose this cabin ever again. The only poor thing I have to say against resort is I would have thought they would have compensated us for all the troubles. I explained to them we brought new people with us with hope to find new future guests and they did nothing or gave us no compensation at all for the stays trouble. Sad but with all the past years of great experiences we have had we will for be going back with hope of another great vacation to make up for this one.
