Absolutely horrible. Bedbugs. Beer bottles. Brush so thick could not walk around to back. Pubic hair in sink, filthy woodwork with hair and dust. Sherts looked to have not been changed. Two broken chairs on porch rails to steps unsecured,we reported to BBB, Gatlinburg board of health, and called the management twice,we rent3d another hotel room and figure if we lost our money, then social media is the best way to tell about this,dont go here! There is no pool anywhere, no neghborhood, and no view.

Our first time ever visiting, which it started off on a bad note. This was due to having to be moved from the original cabin we reserved and placed in another one. This was no fault of ours, however after everything was situated we did enjoy ourselves.

It was a great vacation. We had from 10 year old to 77 year old and everyone had a ball. I would definitely go again. The view was spectacular. There was lots to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I highly recommend.

We loved everything about this location and our cabin! Beautiful property that feels private and clean. We loved that we were close to town but had a quiet retreat to come back to! The porches with hotub and rocking chairs was the best. Our bedroom was a bit dusty so that would be my only suggestion is to clean it more thoroughly than just the surface. I also suggest a mattress pad be used for sanitary reasons. We were on the mattress with just a sheet, no mattress pad. We will be back for sure. I suggest everyone read the cabin description carefully because they do not all have mountains views. The resort views are just as nice but if you choose it by mistake it can be a little disappointing. Overall I highly recommend Gatlinburg Falls Resort!

This was such a relaxing experience and the guest service coordinators were very accommodating.

We reserved a condo for this trip instead of a cabin like we usually do. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking but the condo itself was disappointing. Most items in the room were very dated and the room was not very clean when we arrived. There was paper on the bathroom floor and crumbs were on the couch. The most disappointing thing was that the bedroom door was locked from the inside when we arrived. I called around 4:30 or so to ask someone to come unlock the door. It was not until approximately 10:30 that someone finally showed up. We will never book a condo again.

Excellent service and locations.

We stayed at ''A Stones Throw'' cabin which was dog friendly rates were tolerable for the area. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The cabin was well kept, clean. We are already planning to stay there again next spring! 12 hour drive but well worth it!
