Checked in at 4:30pm on 7/26/18 and was told to call if anything was not working at the cabin. The jetted tub had mold and mildew on it and the walls above the shower had mold on them. The TV would not change channels so we only had one channel. I called and talked to the guest service department and they have still not sent anyone out and it has been 4 hours. DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

We stayed at the North Face Cabin in June 2018. As soon as we entered the cabin, it was very obvious it hadn’t been swept, mopped, vacuumed or dusted (cobwebs) in quite a while; The outside trash bin was full; The garbage disposal in the kitchen stunk badly; Windows and kitchen appliances were smeared; Light bulbs were blown throughout; There were no hair dryers; The iron was found in the upstairs bedroom dresser rather than in the laundry room; The ironing board was useless; The living room blind had portions missing; No chalk for the (pool) cue sticks; There was a "bouquet" of weeds left on the kitchen counter (my son and I left the place with mysterious red bumps that took weeks to heal – not sure if the weed was the source); Maintenance was called at 4:20PM and showed up at 10 PM (they work til midnight). The door jam fell off as I opened the door. He replaced one bulb, “fixed” the door jam, and took the trash from the previous renter. The staff themselves were okay, but the North Face needs some serious TLC. Avoid that one!

The cabin was nice but there were several items not working when we got there. The hot tub had parts out and sitting on the deck. The home theater tv was not working, the WiFi was down, the food disposal had the rubber cover missing, and the original microwave had the front off and didn’t work, but they did have another microwave on the counter. We did get the hot tub and the WiFi fixed. The home theater tv was fixed but went out again after watching one movie. Management needs to fix food disposal, old microwave and home theater tv.

Great experience for our 19th wedding anniversary.

Beds were not very comfortable, but overall it was a great cabin

Great destination , the cabin was awesome. Plenty of room , clean, close to town , a good place to spend time with the family after a day out seeing the sites. Definitely will be back !

Open outlet- terrible mattress- roach in shower- never stay there again- ran out of toilet paper and towels has to wash your own- and we were in a condo
