When we arrived, construction blocked our cabin. So we called the office; no one was aware that construction was going on (that was hard to believe because there were 4 units being built). So, we were given wrong directions by office staff to get around the construction. We drove around 1.5 hours trying to find it...so frustrating! Finally saw a property mgmt truck and asked him to take us to the cabin. We saw why we kept missing it--there was no street sign. There was garbage in the containers and only 4 towels for 12 people. After we got the issues rectified, we were pleased; everyone enjoyed the stay.

We just stayed this May 2018. This was our second visit to this neighborhood of Cabins. This time around the Bed was Horrible! Crunchy no cushion and woop sides. The cabin was very dusty! The check in time was long (only one agent to check you in) and the cabin was not ready until one hour and a half after check in time. Out of eight people seven us us broke out in a rash....maybe because of the linen because not all of us use the jacuzzi. However, I called and they gave me an extra percentage off for future stay and was very apologetic. The cabins are also in a central locations less than 30mins to Piegon Forest and or other attractions.

Every need was addressed without question. What more could I ask?

Awesome stay! Definitely will be coming back to this resort. Everything was perfect!

My wife and I stayed at one of the cabins and while our stay was good but there were a couple of issues that negatively affected our stay. The first, which was very minor, was the lack of a skillet in the kitchen. My wife and managed to overcome this issue with a little creative thinking. The major item that completely created a negative impact on our stay was the appearance of black objects that appeared in the water from the inside of the jets when my wife decided to use the whirlpool tub. All total, we contacted management 3 times requesting maintenance be sent to correct this issue. Each time, the person we spoke to told us that maintenance had been notified and they would be there to resolve the issue. Needless to say, when we checked out, maintenance had still not shown up. Although we enjoyed the rest of the cabin and sights, if we do return for another vacation, it is highly unlikely we will stay with this company again.

Cabin did not have WiFi and phone service for the first two days, cable also went out one day. No other complaints.

Everything was great. The only draw back was the WiFi.

the cabin smokey pleasure was beautiful and had an amazing view. the only down side was the advertise an air hockey table and it turns on but does not work.
